河北定方機(jī)械制造有限公司前身是成立于1958年的河北省蔚縣 深井泵廠。（該企業(yè)為國(guó)內(nèi)深井泵業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)，有40多年的提灌設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)歷史，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品QJ系列井用潛水電泵曾獲“省優(yōu)、部?jī)?yōu)”產(chǎn)品稱號(hào)。）2004年成功改制為民營(yíng)企業(yè)，是鐵道部車輛配件定點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)廠家。公司占地面積12萬(wàn)平方米，建筑面積4萬(wàn)平方米，擁有員工300余名，管理人員30人，技術(shù)人員10人，其中鑄造工程師4名，機(jī)加工程師3名，熔煉工程師1名，熱處理工程師1名，焊接工程師1名。地處河北蔚縣（距北京200公里），交通便利，北京設(shè)有辦事處，北京辦事處位于西城區(qū)，緊鄰西客站。
公司主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)為鑄造(砂鑄、精密鑄造)、機(jī)械加工與裝備等。砂鑄擁有先進(jìn)的樹(shù)脂砂造型生產(chǎn)線一條—設(shè)計(jì)年生產(chǎn)能力8000噸、水玻璃砂造型生產(chǎn)線一條—設(shè)計(jì)年生產(chǎn)能力7000噸。精密鑄造采用硅溶膠、水玻璃工藝。熱處理設(shè)備先進(jìn)，配備了先進(jìn)的懸掛連續(xù)式熱處理生產(chǎn)線。我公司年生產(chǎn)能力2萬(wàn)噸，可生產(chǎn)各種牌號(hào)碳鋼、低合金鋼，產(chǎn)品主要用于鐵路機(jī)車、貨車輛配件（貨車車鉤（17、13B）、制動(dòng)梁、承載鞍（K2、k6），機(jī)車車鉤、尾框、緩沖器用擋板及輪芯）、機(jī)床、發(fā)電設(shè)備、汽車、化工、采礦、通用機(jī)械類鑄件等。
公司現(xiàn)有主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備600多臺(tái)（套），其中檢驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)設(shè)備40多臺(tái)（套），配有光譜儀、材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)、沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)、車鉤用旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)探傷機(jī)、門式硬度計(jì)等，檢測(cè)手段齊全，設(shè)備先進(jìn)，為保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供了堅(jiān)定的基礎(chǔ)。
Hebei Dingfang Machinary Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Deep Well Pump Factory of Yu County, Hebei Province, which was a champion company of deep well pumps in China with over forty years’ of growth and the QJ series submersible electronic pumps for wells, its star products, were commended as “Provincial High Quality” and “Ministry High Quality”. In 2004, the factory was successfully transformed to be a private enterprise and became the designated manufacturer for vehicles parts by the Ministry of Railway. The company compound takes an area of 120,000 square meters with construction area of 40,000 square meters. The total employees of the company are over 150. It is based in Yu County, Hebei Province (200 km from Beijing), and has a representative office in the Xicheng District of Beijing, close to the West Beijing Railway Station.
The major line of business is casting (sand casting and precision casting), machinery processing and equipping. For sand casting, we have on advanced resin sand molding line with a designed annual production capacity of 8,000 tons and one sodium silicate-bonded sand molding line with a designed annual production capacity of 7,000 tons. Silica sol and sodium silicate are adopted for precision casting. We have state-of-the-art heat treatment facilities equipped with advanced hanging heat treatment production line. Our annual manufacturing capacity can reach 20,000 tons and produce a variety of products including different carbon steels, low alloy steel, grey cast iron, and ductile iron castings, which are mainly used in railway locomotives, railway vehicles accessories (railway truck couplers, brake beams, adapters and all kinds of steel castings for motorcycles), machine tools, power generation equipment, automobiles, chemicals, mining, general machinery castings.
The company has more than 600 sets of production equipment, over 40 of which are monitoring and inspection equipment with bright spectrometer, deep drawing testing machine, impact testing machine, testing machine, flow detecting machine, hardness tester etc. We have a wide range of testing methods and advanced equipment, laying a solid foundation for product quality.
The company is one of the biggest suppliers to the Ministry of Railway. It has past the ISO9001/2008 quality management certification.
